Cancellations made well in advance of departure are eligible for a partial refund; cancellations closer to the trek date may not be refundable, given permit and staffing commitments made on your behalf.

Travel Insurance

All trekkers must carry travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation for treks above 3,000m. Proof of coverage is required before departure.

Information submitted through our contact form — your name, email, and trip details — is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you book, to plan your trek. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
